"I connect via phone with my family and I spend more time outside around the house. Extra long walks with the pup, bike rides with my husband, even just sitting in the sun to read. Adjusting to the new normal and finding the good in it. Oh, and of course online shopping!"
"I’m setting goals for myself everyday so I continue to be productive during this time. Whether it’s working out for 30 minutes, cleaning the house, or working on a blog post, setting goals helps me stay positive and busy during these times."
"I wake up each day and think of 3 things I am thankful for (today it is my home, family and health). I have started taking a 30 minute walk each day with my son and it has been so refreshing!"
